Unable to edit personal details, have to use the mobile unfriendly website instead. Extremely lame compared with "Employment Hero" used at my last job. However, the new start and end timesheets do not allow employees to assign tracking categories when submitting time — however, they can allocate their job numbers through the notes functionality in timesheets. Without the employee being able to choose a tracking category it means an extra step for payroll admin and defeats the purpose. I was exited about it initially but it falls short. I would rather see the ability to enter the comments and the tracking option included in the start stop time option then it would be really useful.
You need to back this up with the ability to get the info out of the caged reports. Ie ability to have the option to report start stop times, comments and tracking fields. You mention the employee can make notes on their added time entries. Can you please provide some further information on how the employee can add any notes to their timesheet.

Data is encrypted in transit. You can request that data be deleted. Just updated the app and it's all over the place. If I want to enter time worked on Tuesday 26th, I'll select that date only for entry to come up as Monday 25th. This even happens if I select the first day of pay period, entry goes to the last day of the previous week. Tried reinstalling and other quick troubleshooting to zero success.

Create a timesheet template Select Xero Me , then select the Timesheets tab. Submit a timesheet using a template Submit a timesheet based on a template that you've already saved.
Save or submit your timesheet as usual. Edit a timesheet Select Xero Me , then select the Timesheets tab. Click the timesheet you want to edit. Update your timesheet and submit it for approval. Add a timesheet Tap Timesheets. Tap New timesheet. Select a pay period. Add your hours of work to a draft timesheet Tap Timesheets. Tap the pay period of your timesheet in draft.
Tap a date. Tap the earnings rate to select an earnings rate. Optional Tap and select a Tracking Category if enabled.
Tap Save. Submit a draft timesheet for approval If you have the payroll employee user role , you can submit a timesheet for approval. Review a draft timesheet.
Tap Submit , then select who needs to approve it. Edit a timesheet You can edit a draft timesheet. Tap Timesheets , then tap the timesheet you want to edit.
